At walmikee, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
 - You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
 - Refunds apply only to individual course purchases, not to bundled packages, subscriptions, or memberships.
 - If the course was purchased with a discount or promo code, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.
 
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be granted:
- If technical issues prevent access to a course, but a portion has already been consumed.
 - If the course content is significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase.
 
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@walmikee.com with your order details.
 - Provide a reason for the refund request along with proof of purchase.
 - Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
 - Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
 
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted.
 - Refunds are not eligible if more than 20% of the course has been completed.
 - Courses purchased during special promotions, discounts, or lifetime deals may not be refundable.
 - Refunds are not available for courses where certificates have already been issued.
 - Refunds do not apply to downloadable materials or extra resources provided with the course.
 
Refunds Based on Payment Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
 - For payments made via credit/debit card, processing time may vary based on your bank.
 - If you paid via PayPal or another payment service, the refund will be processed through that service.
 - Some international transactions may take additional time to reflect in your account.
